The assigned ingredients for August were Peaches 'n' Cream. now you see after that gorgeous batch of cinnamon rolls we were in no mood for another sugar loaded dessert in the same week. so i decided to whip up something light and easy.... Dutch Baby Pancakes with Peach 'n' Sour Cream.
we thought it made quite a dessert when served with vanilla frozen yogurt.

I love Dutch babies...and topped with peaches makes them even more magnificent!

I have heard of Dutch Baby Pancakes, but have not tried to make one...yet! That looks delicious :)
