Sometime back I came across some options here in the English Kitchen - http://theenglishkitchen.blogspot.com/2012/12/how-to-substitute-for-eggs-in-baking.html (I don't know whether you like people leaving links in the comment section. If you don't - I'm sorry :)) I haven't tried any of those except bananas and flaxseed. (Flaxseeds will leave their mark in the taste - so I wouldn't recommend that although, it won't be that noticeable if you are frosting the cake.)
